Deze richtlijn is gebaseerd op een systematisch nazicht van de wetenschappelijke literatuur en hierdoor een Belgische primeur. De richtlijn heeft ook aandacht voor de kinderwens en het seksueel functioneren van de getroffen vrouwen. Ces recommandations sont basées sur une revue systématique de la littérature, une primeur pour ce cancer en Belgique. Elles accordent une attention toute particulière au désir d’enfant et à la sexualité des femmes concernées.
